                               RESOLUTION NO. 19125
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
                   CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE AND THE STATE OF
                   TENNESSEE, WILD LIFE RESOURCES AGENCY,
                   RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FISHING
                   PIER AND FLOATING MOOR FACILITY AT ROSS'S
                   LANDING PARK AND PLAZA ON THE TENNESSEE
                   RIVER.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a contract between the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee
       and the State of Tennessee, Wild Resources Agency, relative to 
the
       construction of a fishing pier and floating moor facility at
       Ross's Landing Park and Plaza on the Tennessee River, a copy of
       said contract being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
       reference.
